The delicate, crispy pizzelle has always been a favorite in our home. As children, we would watch our grandmother make them one-by-one while we sat impatiently waiting for our pretty cookies to cool. At Biscotti Brothers Bakery, we still make them one-by-one using authentic pizzelle irons forged by an Italian American family in our own Westmoreland County. After cooling, our delicious pizelles are carefully hand-packed to protect these delicate treats. Pizzelle, special enough for weddings and holidays, now convenient enough for every day.
