Fredericksburg Farms Chili Verde Mix
We created this tasty recipe for the non-beef eaters out there who want a good bowl of chili. Just sauté up some chicken (we love to use boneless thigh meat) or turkey, add some onions and chicken stock to our secret blend of herbs and spices, and cook it for an hour. Ladle yourself a big bowl and top it with a generous dollop of sour cream and a scattering of fresh minced cilantro. Dig in!
