“Wow!” is usually the first comment that a first-time taster of our Guadalupe Valley Cilantro & Garlic Salsa makes. Most folks aren’t accustomed to a nice little slap of perfectly roasted garlic in their salsa. We add roasted tomatoes, serrano chiles, and some other secret ingredients to make this hands-down winner. Great with tortilla chips, or try it on roasted chicken or grilled or baked veggies. Moderately high heat.
