Fresh palomino grapes aged outdoors in toasted white oak barrels using a 60-year-old California family starter. California apricot wine is added during aging to create an amber smooth aromatic and floral finish.
Smoky apricot notes of our sherry vinegar make lentils sing. Sherry & chopped shallots make a lovely vinaigrette with our Ultra EVO. Mouthwatering in hearty fall soups.
